    We are looking for a Senior PowerBI Engineer to own and scale our Power BI environment end to end. What you will do Own architectural decisions for semantic models versus standalone reports Design high-performance data loading from SQL databases and APIs Build enterprise-grade semantic models with DAX measures and row-level security Create visually compelling reports and dashboards with clear information hierarchy Define and enforce Power BI development standards Optimize performance and support stakeholders across the company What we look for 5+ years in BI development, with 3+ years focused on Power BI at enterprise scale Hands-on semantic modeling, DAX, optimization and development expertise Strong SQL, including query optimization Visual design and UX sense for intuitive reports Ability to drive initiatives independently from idea to delivery Nice to have Power BI deployment pipelines, Git, CI/CD Cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift) Governed self-service analytics experience What we offer €3,590–€4,170 monthly, stock options Hybrid flexibility and up to 3 months a year working from another country Annual €1,200 learning budget and generous vacation
